Investigation Summary
At 10:45 a.m. on March 13, 2017, an employee was operating a New Holland tractor with a grass cutting attachment cutting the grass next to the walnut trees. The employee was driving the tractor on a dirt road next to a drainage ditch when the tractor went over the edge and rolled into the ditch. The tractor overturned crushing the employee underneath it. The employee was killed.
