Employee falls from roof and is killed

At 7:30 a.m. on March 8, 2017, an employee was about to reposition anchorage points. The employee fell from the top roof, striking a lower roof and ultimately falling to the concrete surface, resulting in a hospitalization. The employee later died from the injuries on March 15, 2017.
