Investigation Summary
At 9:55 p.m. on March 7, 2017, Employee #1, a truck driver, was walking across the employer owned parking lot to the north side, in order to see another truck driver when Employee #2, a shag truck driver, pulled into the parking lot looking north for a specific truck and/or trailer number. Employee #2 hit and ran over Employee #1 with the shag truck. Employee #1 was killed.
