Employee contacts saw blade and injuries hand

At 7:30 a.m. on February 27, 2017, an employee was using a table saw to cut a piece of wood when his left hand came into contact with the blade. He sustained a laceration to his left hand, which he was hospitalized and received treatment for his injury. The incident investigation revealed that the saw guard was not in place.
