Employee falls from steel beam and is hospitalized

At 8:00 a.m. on February 25, 2017, an employee was working for a structural steel and precast concrete contractor. He was doing ironwork that involved connecting steel beams to a building. He was on a structural steel beam. and he slipped off the beam and fell approximately 4.3 meters (14 feet) onto a concrete floor. He sustained a broken shoulder and tailbone (coccyx). He was hospitalized.
