Investigation Summary
On February 6, 2017, an employee was rotating the hammers of a crax grinder, when the lid on grinder broke off. The employee fell to the ground, landing on top of the grinder lid. He sustained fractures to his ribs and vertebrae, which he was hospitalized and received treatment.
