Employee is struck by panels and is killed

At 12:45 p.m. on February 14, 2017, Employee #1 was checking the manifest of items received. Two or three panels fell over and struck his head, pinning him between the panels and the side of the truck. Employee #1's skull was crushed and he was killed.
