Investigation Summary
At approximately 5:00 p.m. on January 17, 2017, an employee was caulking interior windows. The employee fell nine feet from a patio door on a walk out ranch style house and landed on the cement patio below. The employee fractured his neck at the skull base and received trauma to his ribs. The employee was killed.
