Employee is caught in conveyor belt and is injured

At 10:30 p.m. on January 30, 2017, an employee was hosing down a conveyer belt with water. The employee found turkey debris inside the turn section of the conveyer belt and tried to reach in and get the piece out while the machine was running. The belt caught his glove and took his hand in causing a large laceration to his left hand and three broken fingers.
