Investigation Summary
At approximately 12:30 a.m. on January 28, 2017, Employee #1 was aligning meat on a conveyor. His gloved finger was caught on the hinged metal chain link conveyor belt and was pinched at the end of the conveyor run as the belt passed under the conveyor end cap. Employee #1's left middle finger tip was amputated. Employee #1 was not hospitalized.
