Investigation Summary
At 10:30 a.m. on January 27, 2017, an employee was working at a gas station at the fuel kiosk. After being asked by a customer to provide assistance at one of the fuel pumps, the employee tripped over a curve while walking to the fuel pump. He fell to the ground, striking the customer's vehicle on the way down. He sustained a broken hip, which he was hospitalized for treatment that consisted of emergency surgery.
