Employee amputates finger while processing mail

At 10:45 p.m. on January 21, 2017, an employee was handling mail and worked with the FACS Number 1 machine and OTR container. The employees left ring finger was caught between the OTR and a bar; amputating her left ring finger. The employee was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
