ELECTRIC SHOCK - CONTACT WITH OVERHEAD LINE THRU LADDER

A painter was spray painting the east side of a condominium. A 7200-volt overhead power line was located about 15 feet from the east wall of the building. The painter moved a 40-foot-long Werner aluminum extension ladder and brought it into contact with the power line. He was electrocuted.
