Employee breaks wrist when pushed into concrete wall

While Employee #1 was installing a sewer drain line, the backhoe operator started to move his hoe up. The operator had put his coat on the back seat of the backhoe and when he turned around to locate his position for the next drain line, the coat caught on the up lever for the backhoe. Employee #1 was knocked against a wall, fracturing his wrist.
