ELECTRIC SHOCK - DIRECT CONTACT WITH ENERGIZED PARTS
A groundskeeper was replacing a 24-volt, dc solenoid. The 120-volt circuit became impressed on the control circuit while the employee was working on it. The groundskeeper was electrocuted.
