Employee Is Struck By Forklift And Suffered Unspecified Inju

At approximately 11:30 a.m. on January 19, 2017, Employee #1 was walking around the front of a semi-truck. As he passed the semi-truck, he was struck by an industrial powered forklift truck carrying two bins of onions. Employee #1 suffered unspecified injuries in the collision. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he received treatment and was then hospitalized.
