Investigation Summary
At approximately 1:55 p.m. on January 13, 2017, an employee arrived at the business to drop off a trailer and to pick one up. After the trailer was dropped, the employee moved his truck, without a trailer attached, down to the bottom of the parking lot. The employee then got out of his truck and walked to the front, kneeling in front of the truck. The truck began to roll forward and the employee did not get out of the way before the truck pinned him underneath the tire. The employee received blunt chest trauma and was killed.
