Fall From Ladder Injures Employee

On September 30, 2003, Employee #1 was climbing down the ladder from the roof when he inadvertently slipped or missed a step causing him to fall approximately 6 ft backwards. Employee #1 landed on his back and struck his head on the ground. Employee #1 suffered a head laceration and contusions and was hospitalized.
