Employee injured when struck in the eye with bungee hook

On March 14, 2008, an employee of Lee Traynham trucking Inc. was tying down the tarps onto a truck bed. The rubber strap slipped out of the employee's hand and the hook struck him beneath his right eyelid. He received bruises but was not hospitalized.
