Employee's leg fractured by falling truck
At about 1:00 p.m. on June 15, 1994, Employee #1 was working under a truck cab that was supported by the forks of a forklift. When he attempted to push the cab upright from the forks, it slid away from the forks and fell on Employee #1, severely fracturing his right leg.
