Employee's finger injured when caught by forklift fork

Employee #1 was adjusting the forks on a forklift. He lifted a fork tip with one hand, and put his other hand between the vertical portion of the fork and the truck frame. The fork slipped from his hand, catching and injuring the tip of his finger.
