Employee Injured In Fall From Truck

At approximately 9:30 a.m. on April 3, 2002, Employee #1 was putting asphalt on a roadway. When employee #1 finished cleaning his tools with diesel oil he climbed on the back fender bumper of the pick up truck vehicle to go the next section. Employee #1 fell backward from the pick up truck when the vehicle moved forward. Employee #1's head landed on the asphalt ground and he became unconscious. Employee #1 suffered a fractured nose and paralysis to left hand and foot. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
