Employee Has Facial Fractures - Hit By Falling Light Fixture

Employee #1 suffered from facial fractures when a fixture broke loose and struck him in his face. Employee #1 and three coworkers were relocating light poles and fixtures within a parking lot area. The pole was held in place by a truck crane while the base was being bolted. The fixture at the top of the pole broke loose and fell striking Employee #1 in his face. As a result, he suffered facial fractures. He went to a local hospital for treatment.
