Employee injured in fall from truck trailer bed

Employee #1, employed for three months, was on top of a trailer tying down a lumber load approximately 10 feet above the ground. He was unaware of the trip hazard and fell, sustaining broken ribs and a punctured lung. The work area is generally in neat condition.
