Two employees injured in fall from elevated platform

Employees #1 and #2, who had been employed for 30 days, were installing ledger bolts in a block wall from an elevated work platform approximately 15 ft above the floor at a construction site. The platform was elevated by a Gradall forklift, but had not been secured to the forklift. Both employees fell. Employee #1 suffered a fractured hip. Employee #2 suffered bruises and soft tissue injury.
