Employee run over and killed by tractor

Employee #1 was standing by the left rear wheel of a conventional tractor while watering the vineyard avenues. The ground, which had a 2:12 slope, was free of debris. It is suspected that he was trying to stop the tractor from rolling when he was run over by its left rear wheel. His chest was crushed and he died.
