Employee falls from loading dock and breaks his wrist

At about 9:12 p.m. on January 5, 2000, Employee #1, a 55 year old truck driver, was seriously injured when he fell from the rear of a trailer while attempting to place a load barrier across the trailer. The driver struck the side of the loading dock during his fall seriously fracturing his left wrist. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital.
