Employee's foot run over by forklift

At 12:50 p.m. on March 29, 2001, Employee #1 worked for bacon strip and sausage paddy processor. In the area where employees hang their smocks and uniforms Employee #1 was in the process of removing her arm guards in the uniform area when a forklift operator struck Employee #1's left foot with the left load wheel. Employee #1 sustained a laceration to her left heel. She was hospitalized for her injuries.
