Employee's finger amputated while cleaning press

Employer #1, a rotary tablet press machine operator, was cleaning the table below the press dies with a rag. The running machine caught the rag and pulled his hand into the point of operation. The tip of his right third finger was amputated. Employee #1 required hospitalization.
