Employee's finger severed when machine overturns
Employee #1, the owner of a landscaping service, was attempting to lift a trac-air machine so that he could weld a broken frame hitch on the machine. The machine flipped over, creating a pinch point and severing his finger. Employee #1 had failed to secure the hitch.
