Employee Loses Control of Electric Vehicle
On August 28, 1998, Employee #1 was driving a small electric utility vehicle on a street in a gated community. He lost control of the vehicle and got hit by a vehicle coming from the opposite direction. He died due to blunt force trauma to his head.
