Employee is struck by machine when he falls

At approximately 5:30 p.m. on July 6, 1998, Employee #1 was mopping the kitchen floor and slipped. He tried to hold onto a dough mixing machine sitting on a table and the machine fell with him and hit him in the jaw and chest. He suffered a laceration on the jaw and a compression injury to his chest and he was transported to Irvine Medical Center and released.
