Employee injured in fall through roof when panel moves

Employee #1, a carpenter's apprentice, was covering the trusses and rafters of a roof area with plywood panels. He stepped on one of the panels that had not yet been secured and fell approximately 26 ft to the floor. Employee #1 suffered multiple fractures, for which he was hospitalized.
