Employee injures head in fall from scaffold

Employee #1 was working from a 12 ft high scaffold platform when, for some reason, he fell between the platform and the side of the building onto concrete. He suffered head injuries, for which he was hospitalized. Employee #1 was installing lathe board at the time of the accident.
