Employee's leg fractured in fall from scaffold plank

Employee #1, a plasterer, was working from a slightly-sloped single plank when it slipped and he fell 15 ft from the scaffold to the ground. Employee #1 suffered a compound fracture of his right leg, for which he was hospitalized. The plank was not secured.
