Employee #1 was a carpenter installing shadow board on a residential construction project. Employee #1 was standing on the edge of the roof at a height of 19 ft and slipped, hitting a beam as he fell to a concrete floor. Employee #1 suffered severe head injuries. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
