Employee #1, of Michaelix Citrus Nursery, Inc., was standing in a wooden bin elevated approximately 3 ft. He was unloading citrus trees. The bin became unbalanced and he fell 3 ft, suffering a ruptured spleen. Employee #1 required hospitalization.
