Employee Injurs Knee in Accident

On May 16, 2010, Employee #1 was preparing to finish his shift when a coworker needed some acid for a process. The coworker contacted Employee #1 and offered him a ride in a gator vehicle to the chemical storage area. The coworker just picked up some cleaning rags and had them in the back of the gator. As the coworker was driving to the storage area, the cleaning rags started to fall out, subsequently, the coworker turned the steering wheel to the left. Employee #1's knee hit the grab bar on the dash board causing an injury. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital for treatment for injuries to his knee cap.
