Investigation Summary
On October 15, 2007, an employee was unjamming Moulder Number 7, while the machine was still operating. The employee's fingers got caught in the Moulder. The employee was taken to the hospital, where he was treated for amputation, of the middle and ring finger below the first joint on the left hand, and he was released.
