Employee Is Injured in Fall from Deck

On June 19, 2008, an employee was remodeling a home in a forested area. A part of this remodeling was a deck constructed on the back side of the home. During the construction of this wooden deck, an employee fell 10 feet to the ground and was seriously injured. The employee had his back broken and was hospitalized for three weeks.
