Employee Fractures Vertebrae and Wrists in Fall from Ladder

On September 26, 2008, Employee #1 was "hinging on a wall unit", when he lost his balance and fell off the ladder he was using. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital for his injuries, which included two broken neck vertebrae (seventh cervical vertebra and first thoracic vertebra), one broken back vertebra, and crushed left and right wrists. Employee #1 was hospitalized for 14 days.
