Employee's Knee Is Fractured in Saw Kick Back

On September 19, 2006, Employee #1, of MRW Construction, was operating a Skil saw, when the saw kicked back and hit him in the knee. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital for his injuries, which included an open fracture of the right knee (patella). He was hospitalized for three days.
