Investigation Summary
At 7:30 p.m. on January 6, 2017, an employee was operating a table saw without a guard to cut posts off of a crank shaft tray. While flipping the part over to remove the posts on the opposite side, his gloved hand made contact with the saw blade, resulting in the amputation of his left index finger.
