EMPLOYEE FALLS FROM SCAFFOLD PLANK, BREAKS ARM

On May 31, 1994, Employee #1, a foreman for Skelton Heating and Air, stepped out of a second-story window of a single-family residence onto a scaffold plank. The plank broke resulting in a fall of approximately 8 feet to the ground. Employee #1 sustained a fracture to his right arm.
