Employee injured when struck by falling hammer

Employee #1 was kneeling down to work on some pipes when a coworker threw a hammer down from above. It struck Employee #1 on the side of his face and neck. He was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released. Employee #1 was wearing a hard hat at the time of the accident.
