Nurse slips and suffers concussion in fall

Employee #1, a clinical nurse, was cleaning up at the end of the midnight shift and carrying charts and paper cups containing water. Some of the water spilled and she slipped and fell, landing on her chin and face. She started to get up, but then fell back down and passed out. At first it was thought that she might have had an epileptic attack, but she was hospitalized for three days for workups and diagnosed with a concussion.
