Employee's hand burned by chemical additive

On October 18, 1994, Biobor was added to a contaminated diesel fuel tank that Employee #1 was treating. He suffered a severe reaction to the additive and was admitted to the hospital on October 28, 1994, for treatment of severe first-degree burns on his hands.
