Employee Slipped and Fell After Stepping On a Pebble

At 3:00 p.m. on March 11, 2002, Employee #1 was working for a home builder and was on a construction site of an executive home. He fractured his right ankle after he stumbled on a pebble and fell while carrying trash to a dumpster. Employee #1's fractured ankle required surgery, and he was hospitalized for more than 24 hours.
