Employee injured in fall

At approximately 11:20 a.m. on December 26, 2001, Employee #1 was transferring a plank from an exterior two-story-high metal scaffold structure to a horse scaffold on a second floor exterior balcony of a house under construction. With inadequate space on the balcony to maneuver the plank, he walked backward into an interior second floor hallway. The hallway had no guard, and he fell 10 ft 2 in. Employee #1 was hospitalized with a head injury.
