Employee's arm injured in conveyor belt machine
Employee #1 was cleaning a conveyor belt when he slipped. His left arm went into an area between the conveyor belt drum and the frame of the machine. The belt was running and his arm was squeezed and lacerated. He sustained injuries that required surgery. The conveyor had to be running to be cleaned.
